Rest counts
as progress.
A strength training app that rewards recovery on the same terms it rewards training. Not as a consolation. As the point.
In developmentEvery other training app draws this week with gaps. Three empty squares, a broken streak, a nudge to do better. We draw seven full days, because that is what the week actually was.
What it does
Repose is a strength training app for people who lift on their own and want the work to add up. It logs your sets, sets your next targets, and tracks how you are actually recovering — from a wearable if you have one, from a few honest questions if you don't.
The difference is what happens on the days you don't train. Rest earns the same standing as a session. A well-timed deload is a good call, not a lapse, and the app is built to say so.
There is no subscription. Nothing about your progress sits behind a paywall — we sell cosmetics and a seasonal pass, and that is the whole model.
How we build it
-
The interface is a gym, not a casino
No manufactured urgency, no near-miss animations, no mechanic designed to make stopping feel expensive.
-
No guilt, no failure states
Missing a day is information, not a verdict. The app does not scold, and it does not use alarm colors to make you feel behind.
-
Health data stays yours
Recovery tracking only works if you trust it with real data. We treat that as an obligation, not a feature.

Pre-release builds, distributed for testing. iOS installs only on devices already registered with the provisioning profile. Android needs installation from an unknown source to be allowed. EAS artifact links expire, and this page refreshes on a schedule.

Repose is unreleased, so neither document is in effect yet. Both are published in draft at permanent addresses, so the store listings and the app itself have somewhere stable to point.
